Vishnu is a leader in Leap by McKinsey, our business-building practice. He helps established companies scale up data and analytics business efforts while helping monetize data and digital assets in new, unique ways while building and scaling new businesses.
Examples of his recent client work includes the following:
- helping a US financial institution develop a sophisticated data platform and new products serving novel customer archetypes, building a cross-functional team to drive product development with customer-centric feedback, and establishing a center of excellence to run ongoing product development
- developing an AI application for a US wealth management company that allows relationship managers to better personalize product offerings and deepen client relationships
- advising multiple private-equity firms and corporations with due diligences ahead of acquisitions
- helping a large German materials manufacturer launch an AI product that can work with several kinds of IoT sensors and generate timely insights to optimize efficiency and reduce carbon emissions
Prior to joining McKinsey, Vishnu was a software engineer.
