Massimo is the managing partner for Europe and a senior partner of the firm. He previously led McKinsey’s Mediterranean office and also led the Strategy & Corporate Finance Practice in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). He is also presently a member of the firm’s leadership team, the Shareholders’ Council.

Massimo advises major institutions and leading companies on a broad range of issues, including strategy, growth, mergers, restructuring, advanced analytics, and finance related programs.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Massimo worked in corporate finance.
