Katherine is one of the leaders of McKinsey’s Medicaid and long-term care work. She focuses on addressing special needs populations across the public and private sector, with a focus on healthy aging and long-term care. She has supported more than five US states in designing population-based payment innovation models and collaborates with private payers on Medicaid and duals strategies. Katherine is also an affiliated partner of the McKinsey Health Institute, a non-profit-generating entity within the firm that aspires to catalyze action to add a collective 45 billion years of higher-quality life for all people around the world.
Prior to her current role, Katherine was a fellow with McKinsey’s Health Systems Institute in London, where she served a number of international health systems.
