As a thought leader, Julia publishes extensively on these topics, both at McKinsey and in academic contexts, and has received numerous awards, such as 100 Women of Tomorrow and Researcher of the Year.

Before joining McKinsey, she held various positions, including roles at leading multinational technology companies in Zurich and Singapore.
