Gloria helps clients undergo digital and analytics transformations, and achieve the cultural change it takes to make them succeed. She is a leader of McKinsey’s machine-learning hub, which applies advanced analytics to business problems to help organizations grow and thrive. She has a particular interest in the intersection of advanced data analytics and people management in complex environments.

Gloria recently rejoined McKinsey after leading Microsoft’s Spanish private sector business across solutions, including cloud, security, and business applications. Among the roles she held in her prior 18 years at McKinsey, Gloria helped build the firm’s global center of excellence for advanced analytics, which helps clients improve performance through advanced data analysis. A native Spanish speaker, she is also fluent in French and English.
